HKD Chain Hoist come with a wide array of options to suit individual needs and demand in optimizing material handling efficiency. Versatility includes option of single speed or double speed hoisting, power supply of single phase or three phase operated and choice of plain trolley, gear trolley, electrical motorized trolley.
Its Unique design permits the hoist to be hook Type or Screw Type (combined with HKD trolley) for reduced head-
room applications.
Each Hoist is extensively tested before delivery, undergoing a dynamic load test using 125% of its rated capacity. The hoist go through overload and reduced voltage electrical tests as well as operational tests.
Motor
NEMA Class Finsulation, resistance of up to 150°C motor winding temperature. The aluminum motor housing is light weight and provides good heat dissipation, allowing up to 27 minutes of continuous duty. Fully enclosed robust makes it most suitable for application in foundries, electro-plating factories etc
Motor Brake
The magnetic force generator is the latest design which is featured for generating magnetic force. It allows instant brakes as soon as the electric power is cut off. Thus, braking safety while loading is guaranteed.
Limit Switch
The limit switch device is installed where the weight is lifted on and off to make the motor to stop automatically so as to prohibit the chains from exceeding for safety.
